Building and designing our dream home with Shane was a phenomenal experience.  He was incredibly supportive and patient and had exceptional knowledge of our challenging beachfront environment ensuring design and products all suited the location perfectly. He listened, advised, and then proceeded with our utmost confidence to deliver an exceptional home far beyond our dreams! Shane’s creativity and environmental understanding was why we initially chose Advanced Building Constructions, however, we were blown away with how he kept bringing innovative solutions and design ideas which often exceeded our expectations. Shane and his team of contractors, sub-contractors & employees were always professional, friendly, patient and highly communicative which made the entire experience more enjoyable. We would recommend anyone looking for a creative and highly skilled architect/builder who is both talented and reliable to have a chat with Shane.  He genuinely cares about achieving the best outcome for his clients and, “thank you”, are two words that will never really be enough in reflecting our true gratitude.
